Skytech Gaming Chronos PC Desktop not working starts up then runs cuts off.

Description: starts stays on cuts off brand new no idea whats wrong isnt cmos battery it could be the ram but i checked it to no avail. comes with a wired keyboard and power cable lights all work, the only issue is it wont stay on for some reason. i used it maybe a two-three times, so I don't know any of the system details I do recall i needed bluetooth for it, it doesn't have built in speakers. if you get it workin you'll have to reset it i don't recall if there was a password on it or not right now, bc it'd been almost a year since i used it bc of it not starting out of nowhere/cycling start up it has been in a NON smoking environment/home skytech support said it could be ram issue, could be motherboard psu or the cpu but basically after all the things that we could try fail it seems they've given up guessin. this is sold as is IT IS BROKEN / doesn't fully start. no clue what is wrong so no refunds if buy. please erase things if you get it running/ reset it. thanks. And yes I've tried various things as stated to fix it it could be both ram sticks are bad it could be the other mentioned things idk. But ATM I'm Airbnb hopping an toting this and my other desktops a pain too so not worth the effort to try an figure it out.
