If you purchased at least $25 of Tim Holtz products at Simon Says, you'd get this die set for free...as long as supplies lasted. Apparently, that was the rub...supply didn't last long and/or people have just held on to this particular Thinlets sweetie. As did my late sister Betsy, in whose crafts storage I found this unopened package. Trust me, she had no problem meeting the minimum!
