Description: Mid century 1850 - 1880's fat brass finial approximately 3"+ high by about 2-1/2" wide. This still looks nice but has several small dings and dents, just not mint and looks ok if mounted on a period piece. Please just study the photos, I tried to capture the dents. But it's a nice early finial to use until a better one can be found, it keeps getting harder to find these.
