The frame has two chefs on it along with BBQ items and a grill. It is 3D due to her pearl necklace and the bronze miniature pot and spoon. It is a horizontal picture frame and can be hung up or used alone (free standing). The frame measures 7.5" tall x 9.5" long. It is pre-owned, very nice condition, not perfect.
