Description: Morgan Silver Dollar Hinged Money Clip - Morgan Silver Dollar mounted on a hand forged sterling silver money clip. Many had complained that the hinged money clips I had for sale were simply not sturdy enough. Since there were none available I started handmaking my own. Silver is a soft metal and a thin clip will scratch and bend with frequent daily use. I mill the silver for the clip to .050" before mounting and polishing the final product (Most are milled to .035" -.030"). Since each is handmade they will vary in how they look but all will be heavy and sturdy and have the same design as the one in the photo. The silver is polished yet the clip itself has a rugged look to it from being milled and forged. Since they are made to order please allow 5 business days to get your order sent after placing it.
