Description: This listing is for a SIGNED Holophane 4179 Post Lamp light Fixture Refractor Shade, Vintage Antique Industrial Art Deco. This glass shade is marked "4179 Holophane Red US Pat Off Pat Nos 1596006-1791936-1830434" just down from the fitter rim. This measures 11 3/4 inches wide across the rim of the opening, is 9 inches across the inside rim, is 11 inches tall and has a threaded lower rim that has an applied metal piece though I am really unsure exactly what that is for or how this may have been used or installed. There are 3 indents in what I believe is the fitter rim~ the rim where the markings are. There are No chips, cracks or damage issues that I can find to any part of this huge piece. See pics.
