Description: This is a beautiful signed David Lotton floral encased art glass piece. I don't believe it is a vase as the center is only 2" deep (maybe tealight/candle holder). I know most people are calling it a vase. It measures approximately 10"h. It's very heavy at approximately 12 lbs. Dated 1999 after his name on the bottom.
