Description: Hello, This pot was made by Imaoka Machinao. He was a very famous deceased Japanese pot maker. He only made very small pots. Mame and Shohin Size. The patina is very nice and it’s a very unique piece. All his pots are 1/1, handmade. Thai pot I purchased and it was totally cracked. I sent it for repair where all the old glue was removed and a proper fixing was done with sealant and gold. Here is a statement from him regarding his repairs: "This pot was repaired by Broken Tiger Bonsai, using the traditional Japanese kintsugi/kintsukuroi process.
