Description: Beautiful card that has been kept in a binder for its whole life. I have graded a bunch of Neo destiny shinies so I'll be transparent, this will not get a 10. My main areas of concern are a light scratch on mewtwos eye (pictured) as well as either a surface mark or light scratch on the top half of the pokeball on the back (pictured). Additionally there is a slight warp to the card, but I don't think it will affect grade. My honest assessment is somewhere between a PSA 7-9 depending on the grader.
