Description: Antique Pink White Gingham Painted Glass Buttons- Pre This auction is for a 4 cute as a button European antique glass buttons. These buttons are the cutest white opaque glass painted pink in a gingham pattern. The white part of the button is the raised portion. They will make any project you use them on look Georgeous. These buttons are painted in several colors, so check out my store. These buttons have been removed from the original card of 24 and sewn to a card reproduced from the same period. There is nothing like the look and feel of Glass to add Elegance. You will absolutely love these!!! These buttons measure 1/2 inch across and are self shank. They have never been used or been in circulation before. They come from a card of buttons that were manufactured For the Haute Couture Houses in the early 1900’s. I purchased them from a family member in Europe that had them in storage since WW11. These are wonderful pieces of history that can only add to your crafting projects. These buttons have been stored since the 1940’s so time has stood still for them and they are in new condition. Many of my vintage buttons were produced in the 1910's through the 1930's. These beautiful glass gems would add a touch of history and beauty to any project whether it is used for sewing or jewelry. They really are fantastic. The painted glass are not waterproof.
