Description: Six Antique Chinese bowls, passed down to me from my great-grandparents who lived in China in the 1920's and 1930's. Research online says "Tongzhi era" but I can only confirm that they are likely to be earlier than 1930's because that's when my great-grandparents came back to the US. One larger 8" bowl, yellow sides hand-painted with fruits and flowers, scalloped edges, blue interior, white bottom. This is the bowl in the first four photos after the group shots with all 6 bowls. Two medium sized 6 3/4" bowls, white sides hand painted with roosters and flowers, scalloped edges, blue interiors, white bottoms. Three small sized 6" bowls, yellow sides hand painted with fruits and flowers, blue interiors, yellow bottoms marked "China," but each marking is different, so I believe them to be hand-painted. Two of these small bowls have angled edges, one has scalloped edge. Interiors of bowls have some white age spots/discolorations, and one of the small yellow 6" angled bowls has a small area of chipping on outer rim. See photos. Otherwise, they seem to be in very good condition.
