It can also be used as a quality control device with check weighing functions. Its capacity goes as high as 1000 lbs and is accurate to .2 lb. Features include: Four high-quality alloy load cells ensure the unit is completely accurate within its full load range. The large deck measures 60 x 48 inches – ideal for standard pallets. Easy-to-read indicator with large LCD – equipped with a rechargeable battery and a 15-foot cable to ensure safe, accurate readout. The metal enclosure ensures the indicator is 10 times more durable than the plastic ones! The tare function covers this versatile unit’s full capacity range. The deck plate, tubes, and channels are made of 3/16' inch thick steel to ensure great durability. The deck plate features a diamond-cut texture to enhance the friction of the surface. Four alloy steel shear beam load cells are mounted on 1/2” thick steel plates firmly welded onto the top deck plate. Four flexible feet with anti-vibration rubber covers are included. The rubber cover and bottom part of the feet can be removed to convert to solid feet if necessary. The full-length load cell cables are connected to the ABS junction box through the tubes (no exposed wires). The scale also features a detachable indicator cable so it is very easy to replace the cable - no hard wiring required. The junction box can be accessed from the scale top. The scale comes with a PS-IN102 indicator with a rechargeable battery and 110V cable. It is a first-class indicator with lots of functions. Refund Policy 1.1 Products and Pricing.
