E.g a door sold complete will come with all the locks , mechanisms , regulators etc and a shell will be bare not including nothing in the door.FAULTY ITEMS :- If an event a part we have sent is faulty, a replacement part will be sent AFTER the original item has been received and checked by ourselves. If in some cases a replacement part is not available, a refund will be issued however we DO NOT refund postage.SECURITY MARKS:- All items are marked for security and fraud prevention therefore DO NOT remove these markings or you will not be liable for a refund.
