Description: Sea View Offshore Underwater Video System Tested Read Description. TV does work and camera was showing a picture on the TV. TV is black and white. Wall plug for camera does work. Kit does include a car lighter plug but it has some rust on it. I am not sure if it works, I did not test it. I did not test the camera under water just in my home to make sure the camera worked. Also, the TV sun guard had a large crack in it but has been glued back together. Sun guard is also missing the rubber feet on the bottom. What is shown in the photos is what you get. Please make sure to look at all the photos.
