Description: Set of six Scott’s Bible published in 1830. Volumes include “explanatory notes, practical observations and copious marginal references”. Set appears to have belonged to George Sutter, as his name is in every volume. Condition is decent considering age. All cover boards are still attached, but separating a bit on two volumes. Chipping at spines, wear to calf skin covers & corners. Discoloration to pages. Still a nice solid set. Each volume measures 10.5”L x 6.75”W x 2.5”thick.
