Fully custom Vintage Schwin Supersport with a Nuvinci N330 Internal Geared hub, very wide drop bars for gravel riding, trail riding, fitness riding, hybrid use. Two sets of front brake levers. Lots of quality parts in this build. This custom build started with a vintage Schwinn Supersport in "Cool Yellow" - Serial GH041252 - a true "Chicago Schwinn," July 1972. Chromoly steel, horizontal dropouts, age appropriate wear. The seat tube is 22.5 inches. This bike was then stripped down to the frame and fitted with custom parts specifically purchased for this build. The build was done in the summer of 2020. Specs: --Nuvinci N330 Internal Geared Hub - 330% Gear Ratio (CVT Transmission - no gears - select anywhere in range by twisting the knob)-Dual Front brake levers - brake from either position on drops or flats -Drop bar levers are Tektro RL 340 -Flat Bar Levers are Tektro RL 720-Front/Rear Caliper Brakes are Tektro R559 long reach -700c Wheels, Alexrims, Vittoria Zaffiro 32mm Tires (This bike will take a max 32 rear tire) -Ergon SR3-L White Saddle-PNW Components "The Coast" Gravel Handlebar, 52cm Width, 105mm Drop, 65mm Reach, 20 deg Flare. The flat areas on these bars are wide for flat bar control, and the drops flare out for racing and aerodynamic positions. -Removable Water Bottle Cage -Adjustable front stem -Schwalbe Inner Tubes -Vuelta Pista Cranks and Chainring -New Chain with fewer than 200 miles on it. Some notes: The 32mm tires provide a lot of shock absorption. The CVT transmission allows you to twist the shifter and fine tune to any position in the gear range - there are no "clicks" or specific gears - in essence it has infinite gears within a 330% gear ratio. This internal geared hub is zero maintenance - dirt and water cannot enter. Expensive saddle. Wide drop bars give tons of options for hand and riding positions. This bike cost around $1200 to build. Condition Notes:--Frame shows lots of wear and use and age.--Front inner tube was patched and holds air well. --Tires have about 3,000 miles on them--The bike has been used and shows it.
