Description: Available for sale is a quite uncommon & rare blue & white stoneware butter, pantry crock lid. The large lid is embossed with large "petals" around the perimeter & a small scalloped design around the button finial grip. The finial is embossed with a large daisy flower. The lid measures 7 7/8" in diameter & dates from 1905 - 1925. It's in excellent condition with no nicks, damage or repair. The topside has a few inmanufacture unglazed touch marks.
