These are brand new, never worn, and in the original box. However as you will see in picture #3 on the left shoe there is a small mark on the back heel area. This mark is so faint and blends in very well with the black leather of the shoe. You can not even see this mark in photo #4 as you need to be super close and low to the shoe. The right shoe is in perfect condition. Also as you can see from the first photo which shows the sole, these shoes are brand new and have never been worn and will ship in their original box.
