Description: Vintage double-sided Santa Fe Railroad Total Quality Management Employee Card from 1983. Employees were required to carry this card showing their commitment to Process Improvement and Total Quality Management when Santa Fe started their Six Sigma Quality Program. Measures approximately 3-3/8” inches tall and 2-1/8” inches wide and comes with issue envelope. Santa Fe ceased operations in 1996 when it merged with Burlington Northern Railroad so they aren’t making these anymore. If you buy multiple cards, additional cards shipping will be free.
