Several spots to the board edges and the head of spine professionally touched up. Four out of five maps present; three out of four views are present. Missing plates II and III. Map of Albany River has approximately a 3 1/2" edge tear near gutter. Very sporadic contemporary marginalia (often in pencil and occasionally on the maps); else very good. Discreet tissue repairs to the half title page and the maps. Good.
