The cam governor controls the rotation of the key. Firstly, make sure the retaining pin/hole on the cylinder facing you, then place the cam governor leaving space on the left to rotate clockwise and take out the key at 90º when meet unlock position. We have user manual and video for guidance. Please refer to it or contact us for help. Q: If I would like to lock up, to side or downward, do i have to ajust the cam governor(rotation washer)? A: NO. Follow the instruction and always follow the munual to place the cam governor(rotation washer) in right position so that the key can be released at 90º degree unlocked position. if you need to lock up, side, down, you can adjust the locking arm/latch instead.
