The 1/2" wide collars are made with fabric on the outside and heavy duty interfacing on the inside so they are softer for the small dogs & cats. Cat collars are made with a breakaway safety buckle. Collars can be washed by hand. Do not use bleach. Lay collars flat to dry. I use high quality hardware and reinforced stitching to make the collars but only you can determine the suitability for your pet.
