There are, of course, many other interesting features in this magazine… Included is a one-page piece that speaks to a bill presented to congress to authorize the postmaster to enter into contracts to hire pilots to deliver airmail. (The first regularly scheduled route started five years after this.) The photo that accompanies the article shows previous postmaster-general Frank Harris Hitchcock who was a strong advocate of airmail… This is a wonderful time capsule. It is in fine condition with typical vintage corner and edge wear. It's not mint, but fairly gently read and a tough find! A great piece FOR THE COLLECTOR! Take it home with you!
