Description: This Rubys costume for the wicked witch of the West has make up and a tall pointy hat that I added. Wicked! The make up and applicator are new never used, and the hat is perfect. The cap has small stains from gentle trick-or-treating. I blame it on the flying monkeys which chased the witch across the front of her gown. Great kids costume Wonderful for Halloween or dressing up. Sizes medium, but has plenty of stretch. The hat alone is worth this price.
