It is rare to find the hotel in a black & white real photo postcard. I would say the photo was taken in the early 1940s. The old hotel is now an office building and is on the National Registry of Historic Building and location in the Marianna, Florida Historic District. CONDITION: The rare black and white real photo unposted postcard has staining, foxing, fading, and corner and edge wear on the front. The postcard does curl up. The back of the card has mild foxing, soiling and staining. In the stamp area "EKC" is printed, which dates the postcard from 1939 to 1950. Please carefully review all photos for exact condition.
