Royal Quiet De Luxe (Deluxe) / QDL Typewriter w/ Carrying Case, working

Description: Old Royal mechanical writing machine / typewriter. Paint isn't bad, just minor imperfections you'd expect. Overall a clean machine that looks as if it wasn't used much. Lightly cleaned. New ribbon installed on spools it had when found. Tested as best I know and all the functions seem to be working fine. Types / functions nice and smooth. Rubber is not bad for the vintage. Smells like a typewriter, but not bad. No paperwork or key. Case is not terrible... some scuffs, stains, paint spatter, etc.. I am enthusiastic about typewriters, but by no means an expert or professional repair person. Pictures of the typeface can be seen in the gallery as well as a tight shot of the serial number. All pictures were taken outside in natural light and are a big part of the description. Please review them carefully, use the zoom, and make sure this machine will work for you.
