Description: The record is in nice condition, in fact it almost looks perfect except for some dust. I have NOT cleaned the album. I am not a certified record grader (meaning this isn't my day job) so I don’t feel comfortable putting an exact grading on it. This is just what my old eyes see and I have no way to play the record to hear how it sounds. It just looks nice to me. The sleeve is paper and intact. The gatefold record cover also looks nice with just slight edge wear.
