The back of the top ties in the back so it's adjustable, so I can see it fitting a size 6 to 7. I'm second owner and my daughter wore it twice. She won the highest title, Grand Supreme, at both pageants with it and she won Patriotic wear and Denim wear. Judges loved it! It's a 2 piece and a red fluffy tutu is also included to help fluff the skirt out. A wrap around headband and red sequin Balera toddler girl size 13 shoes are both included. I do see some tanner stains inside of the top that I'm going to wash and see if they will come out. This outfit looks very small when you receive it but after you put it on it looks perfect! From a pet free/smoke free home. Will cost alot for me to ship it so please no returns!! It could also be used for a Decades wear pageant or 40s pageant or even for a Halloween costume! PLEASE NO RETURNS!!!
