Description: Examine the photograph closely. The item pictured is the item you will receive. This is a round-cornered Rocky Mountain National Park patch, almost certainly manufactured in West Germany in the 1970s (because this is when the patch craze hit the United States, because this patch is felt-backed rather than the more popular iron-on patches manufactured during this time in the U.S., because it came with a re-order form from West Germany, and because West Germany ceased to exist in 1989). Rocky Mountain National Park in north-central Colorado, flanked by Grand Lake and Estes Park, was created by Congress in 1915. I also have an example with square corners instead of rounded corners if you prefer this shape. The patches are patch-sized, about 2 inches tall by 1 inch wide by 1/16 inch thick. The back is just thick white felt with white or green stitching around the perimeter as visible on the front. I do not ship to post office boxes. This is brand new, so there are no returns, as it will be packaged so it cannot be damaged in the mail. It came from a smoke-free, pet-free home, so there are no stains or mold or animal smells. Please write with any questions prior to bidding.
