These stories link heroes from the past with today's teenagers struggling with contemporary problems. Robin McAllister (Devon Sawa), a spirited sixteen-year-old, seems to have everything going for him. His newly affluent parents have enrolled him at the exclusive Locksley Academy. He's met a cute girl, Marion (Sarah Chalke), and his skills at archery and computers are sure to win him friends. A classmate's need for medical attention his family cannot afford fires Robin's strong sense of justice and fair play. He schemes with his new cohorts, Will Scarlett (Billy O'Sullivan) and Little John (Tyler Labine), to cover the medical bills and also to even the score with a gang of intimidating bullies led by rich, cynical John Prince, Jr. (Josh Jackson). All's well until the FBI, led by the relentless Walter Nottingham (Colin Cunningham), suspect Robin as the computer hacker who's tapping the corporate accounts of John Prince, Sr. (Tom Butler) ,.and his business associates, and funneling the money through Father Tuck and his church. Matters climax at the school's annual Renaissance Fair. As the FBI closes in, Robin, his friends and even his parents may be arrested for fraud. In the archery tournament Robin and John Prince, Jr., match wits and arrows. Robin finally accepts the reality that in the search for fairness the end doesn't always justify the means, and that there are honest ways to fight for noble causes.
