Use 2 or 4 prong studs sizes 30 - 80 (6mm - 12mm)(1/4" - 1/2") squares, pyramids, stars, hi or low round and any shape in those sizes. It is a solid metal, 4" long, spring-loaded tool made for setting metal studs onto fabric. It works best on denim and solid fabrics but can handle lace and thin leathers.
