Most buyers are very understanding, but I have run into a few as of late that are a bit unrealistic, expecting CD's in new condition when buying at low prices. I would much rather do business with someone that wants to add to their collection and realizes this is not a perfect world. For the resellers, I recommend doing your business through Amazon, but good luck with that as the sellers there don't even provide photos of what you're buying...just some friendly food for thought!
