Description: Sold Out!Limited edition aviation art print Ride of the Valkyries signed by RICHARD L. BUZEN, Medal of Honor winner MICHAEL J. NOVOSEL and artist SIMON ATACK. This print depicts an outbound mission flown by a ten-ship Bell UH-1 Iroquois formation of the 229th Assault Helicopter Battalion, 7th Cavalry Regiment, 1st Air Cavalry Division. The Huey’s are shown swooping low over the monastery at An Khe during the monsoon season, soon after the 229th arrived in South Vietnam. This is the Medal of Honor Edition. At the gallery we were very excited about the release of this signed UH-1 print; it’s been a long time since a quality signed rendition was released. Atack’s misty landscape has captured the mood perfectly; we can hear rotors. The photos do not do this print justice. Overall print size is 31 by 23.5 inches. This edition of Ride of the Valkyries is limited to 400 signed and numbered copies and the COA is included. Print condition is mint, never framed, and stored flat in acid-free materials. Please e-mail with questions prior to purchase; we are happy to provide additional information.
