The image measures 8.75 inches by 11.75 inches. Titled pencil signed "Puck Building" and dated "1971". Limited edition 1/25. Pencil signed Richard Haas lower right hand corner of the etching. Very good condition. Two light toning spots (not in the viewing area of the print) that are about 1x1 inch square located in the upper left and right corners. Scratches to the aluminum frame. Tiny scratches to the glass here and there.
