Description: Selling .. A GENUINE OLD VINTAGE Coin - maybe of interest to a COIN COLLECTOR . The coin was collected a good many years ago by my dear late Dad .. Listed as USED - found at back of drawer (estate clearance of my late Mam) - the coin is sold as in USED / WORN condition REPUBLIQUE FRANCAISE .. 1796 year coin .. the coin is quite a heavy coin - on my scales it weighs approx 17.2gms - it measures approx 3CM diameter & has the "look" of like a Bronzey-ish with a Copper-y colour showing through the metal but I cannot state for certain that it is this type of metal .. searching info online one website said the coin was COPPER & one said it was BRONZE ??? The following information about this coin I found online .. Standard Circulation Coin 1796 - 1800, UNE DECIME = 10 CENTIMOS, Demonetised 12 March 1856, Engraver AUSUSTINE DUPRE - the coin I am selling 1796 METZ MINT .. the online site also listed the coin as BRONZE however I am NOT stating that the coin is bronze, 32mm diameter 3mm thickness with weight 20gms ..
