The condition of this delightful hard covered book is good for its age. Really it is a beautiful book!!!! The boards are green with dark green edges and spine. Just inside the front cover is the author’s signature and the previous owner’s book plate. The pages are tanned due to age and few finger prints were noted. The pages are free of marks. It was noted that some of the pages [side text only] are not cut all the way down. At page 29 the page was not cut through so somehow it got ripped. There are some black and white photographs. The covers have a few stains. The binding is good and tight. What a fascinating book. Please note chapter 3 is on smoking and the author advises that it can cause health issues!!!!
