Description: RAREST - Manzanar Army Air Field CONCENTRATION CAMP Sign - Original OOAK Absolutely amazing find. This sign was attache to a rock at the entrance of the airfield. It was taken off with a blow torch in the 1970's and has laid like this since then. The sign is fragile and although apprears to be lead it is soft and could be folded. Some letters come off but as they sit in the display the sign is in great condition considering the history. This is a one of a kind piece for a serious collector. Please come in with a strong bid as we know this is a special piece. The sign will ship in the case shown but the case is a bonus so if any damage occurs to case we are not counting that as part of item but more of a shipping box.
