On the back of his neck it says: “Uneeda Collection MCMLXXII (1972).” These are rarer than the more common Juro Novelty, Eegee or Goldberg dummies because Otis O'Brien dummies were made for only a short time and have survived in very limited quantities. Otis is approx 30” in length The mouth is operated by a pull string out the back of his neck. The mouth DOES WORK ** SEE VIDEO ** PLEASE READ: The mouth movement on an Otis O'Brien dummy is NOT the same as with a standard dummy (aka Charlie McCarthy, etc). The mouth DOES NOT usually open very wide nor is the movement is usually tighter than other dummies. That is due to the way the manufactured the head. Either way, finding one where the mouth works at all is a treasure! Otis' body has plastic hands and head with painted eyes and lips and a full head of bright orange hair. His clothing (Overalls) appears to be the correct vintage and do show wear from age (over 50 years old from age, handling and storage.
