Description: This is a rare vintage Whiting & Davis evening bag from the 1920s. It is made of silver mesh and features a chain handle and a two-sided mirror. It measures 3.5" (frame) x 4.75" (pouch) with an eight inch chain handle. Has a lovely antique wear to the finish and a RARE FACTORY DEFECT - the Whiting and Davis brand is reversed in the stamp on the interior of the frame on both sides. I've never seen that before.
