Surfaces have some scuffs, and scratches. Sign has some slight paint loss, and some spots of rust. The flange bracket has a cut in it, and the bottom section has a slight bend/bow to it. The sign still has nice colors, and graphics. A hard to find Westinghouse Lamp Co advertising flange sign. Overall displays well!
