Description: Note: There is a slight rounding “mound” to the middle of the saucer by design. These two pieces were found together in an estate, but there is a slight wobble when placing on the saucer. please see photos. I do not know if the two pieces were intended to be used together or if they are just from the same collection. The vase will sit on the saucer, but it will slightly wobble. Gilding and stars are very rough - faded or missing. Saucer has no chips or breaks. See pics. It was discovered in a homestead being demolished and survived! These are rare antiques, signed PV France vase is a true masterpiece. The blue opaline art glass is decorated with gold stars and has a painted backstamp. The saucer is 5.75”.
