"Charley" Lyons.If you are not familiar with him, Charley Lyons history is well documented and easy to research. He was born in Milliken Colorado in 1938, he was a great ambassador to the sport of professional rodeo, and his career lasted twenty five years.This buckle has elaborate hand engraving, applied brass “Charley” and bucking bull medallion as well as two flower designs with beautiful faceted, red colored bezel-set stones set in the center of each. Marked on reverse on a brass plaque: with S / O and a signature/maker's mark, R. Livingston.Metal material used is not indicated, it is untested.
