Description: Rare, moody crime jazz soundtrack by composer David Amram for this New York City juvenile delinquent film with Burt Lancaster, directed by John Frankenheimer. Some very evocative jazz compositions on side one; side two is the film's moody, gritty orchestral score. Very much of its era, just a great sound all around. This particular album isn't that easy to find in mono either. It's a bit obscure and doesn't deserve to be. You may find yourself playing side 1 more often, but both sides are very stylish and powerful. Jacket is in Good Plus condition, with one large seam split at the top, general wear and a price sticker. The vinyl we grade Very Good, looks very clean with just a few surface marks, and plays very well with only an occasional pip or pop, small stuff only. We send LPs via USPS media mail, very safely packed. We can send up to 5-6 albums in one box, at base $6 shipping price plus $1 for each additional disc. We play test most of our albums and our grading reflects that. Feel free to ask any questions you may have.
