Description: This is a very rare Horace Hurm radio model M.P. 3. These only come up for sale in European auctions and then there's only a handful of them. Horace Hurm's radios have a unique appearance, almost skeletal, with no cabinet, just supports for the various components. These are in museums in Europe because they are considered works of art. Hurm drew the inspiration for his radios during this time period from his interest in Entomology. Included are three Hurm inductance coils which he called Neoself, three display tubes like the ones in his advertisements of this radio and copies of sections of the radio manual.
