Description: I'm listing this doll kit and a couple more; I also have doll accessories and assembled Japanese dolls too! This is probably the last run of doll kits I'll be getting for awhile; shipping from my buyer in Japan is getting REALLY expensive and I don't think I'm going to be able to do these anymore where it'll be cost effective for me and also a fair price for *my* buyers! BEAUTIFUL doll kit; she depicts the Water Carrier from a Kabuki drama. Really nice condition; really clean other than a bit of yellowing to the doll's head. Her lower price reflects this damage from my other kits; because I do realize this damage is on the front of her face which is really sad. The heads on their own do pop up on ebay from time to time; so it's something that could be replaced in the kit. She's still very pretty; it's just from the non-acid free tissue that was stored around her face. The rest of the kit is pretty nice; some really light yellow spots on her arms but again, this is just storage. This kit requires you sew her costume; but the guide provides photos and drawings of how to cut the fabric and even a sewing dumb-dumb like me can follow these sorts of directions. Her water buckets are in good condition, but will likely need some care in reshaping them as they're a bit oblong from storage; not damage, just a note. This doll comes with a box of pins as a note, but does not come with batting. She is complete per her guide. No odors.
