Description: A very rare Dutch solid silver knitting needle holder. It is hallmarked with two Dutch sword marks used from 1814 to 1905, I would date this piece to c1840. It has been beautifully made and is in super condition being free from dings splits holes and repairs. It measures approx. 10.25 inches (26cm) long by 0.75 (1.9cm) wide and weighs 30 grams.
