Rare Conn C Series Electric Guitar Late 70's

Description: Yes The Trombone Maker C.G. Conn jumped into the Guitar business with these Beautifully Japan Crafted Neck Through Body Guitars in the early 70's and pretty much quit in 1980 selling off most of their stock. They sported some great features for their time. Dual coil splitting PU's , Two Vol. and one single Tone, The mini switches are off Middle, single and double coil. The Rosewood fretboard is 21 frets that show almost no wear. One spot @ B string second fret has a small wear spot, Does not affect lower Chording. The neck is quite thin "C" shape- 13/16ths @ 3rd fret- 1+1/16th @9th fret. The nut is Brass. The white spots are light reflections, The neck has no scratch or ding and as you see the heel into the body is pure smooth.The original tuning machines are fine, I did not check the ratio. The bridge has been replaced with an exact style that required NO new screw holes. Old bridge is in the packaging as well as some pages of info on the several models they sold. It's a great Player and almost no one has one like it. Pots are silent, Switching is quiet.- No case is included- comes wrapped in bubble and boxed. The dings I tried to show are mostly on lower bout and a couple top bout- one ring scratch by tone knob. The White Spots are light reflections.
