Description: Rare BSR (Birmingham Stove & Range) 15" Century Series No.14 Cast Iron Skillet, Restored. This skillet is in very good used condition. It sits flat and has no cracks. It has a full heat ring to help stabilize the skillet while cooking on the stove and has pour spouts on both sides. The handy eye on the additional grab handle makes it easy for hanging it from your pan rack or your wall. It's a beautiful skillet. It would be great for frying up chicken or in the oven making a peach cobbler or whatever your favorite recipe calls for. With an even cooking quality cast iron skillet it will turn out great! It would also be awesome to use on the grill for blackening fish. Or if your into camping, you could take it on the road with you and have one pan to cook your entire dinner over the fire or use it to run off a bear! Just always gently clean it and store it in a dry place with a lite coat of oil to keep the surface non-stick and to prevent rusting and it should last you all your life and then some. It weighs 11.2 lbs. It measures 2 5/8" tall, it is 15 7/8" from pour spout to pour spout and 21 1/8" from the end of the main handle to the tip of the hanging eye/small grab handle.
