Description: Very hard to find bi-directional (CW and CCW) fan that fits Delco 10DN, 10SI, and 12SI alternators and most Delco Generators. Many applications on Classic Cars and truck, Boats, forklifts, race cars, custom cars, street rods, industrial application, etc. If your alternator turns counterclockwise when viewed from the drive end, you must use a fan designed to be turned either CCW or Bi-directional for proper cooling to occur. A CW fan used CCW will not pull sufficient cooling air through the housing to properly cool the regulator, rectifier, stator or bearings and will result in early failure. This fan is 5.5" in diameter and will fit standard 17mm (.669") diameter shafts. It works on Delco 10DN, 10SI, and 12SI alternators and generators and can also be used on early small frame Motorcraft alternators. It replaces the following Delco part numbers: 1937227, 1922950, 1941413 and many other numbers. It provides excellent air flow when turning either direction, because of the straight blades and baffled front. Fan is brand new and galvanized for durability.
