These are organic rich silicified biogenic material that contains Radiolara endoskeleton from Upper Cretaceous sediment giving these an age of approximately 150 million years old ! . Both sides are nice. THE POLISH ON THIS SPECIMEN IS NOT PERFECT , in my humble opinion does not detract from the beauty of the stone. It is quite attractive in real life.
